The Silent Killer; Rodenticide Poisoning in Birds of Prey

Educate and engage the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria community about the effects of secondary poisoning of birds of prey from rodenticide. Through this education, make them more aware of the worst poison options and the safest options. We will do this through social media, t-shirt sales, pamphlets and flyers, informative videos, and school talks. With funds raised we will install nest boxes to provide secure habitat for the birds, run field surveys to determine localities and population densities, and undertake habitat restoration via weed removal and revegetation through working bees and local contractors.
